About Us

Nelson Contracting was formed in 2015. Prior to starting Nelson Contracting, Nate, the owner spent 14 years heavily engaged in commercial construction.  Ten of those years saw Nate at the forefront as a project superintendent.  A fourth generation Flathead Valley native, Nate knows what it takes to create the perfect home in the perfect location.


From the early design stages to daily activities of each project, Nate will be involved.  Nelson Contracting prides itself on quality workmanship, which starts with the business owner at the forefront.  Nate will be completely involved with all trades during the construction process. He is very attentive to details, making sure installation methods are correct. Nate creates the schedules and manages them to make sure the projects run smoothly. Nate is passionate about his work and strives to show it in each project he completes.
